3.1 One Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) f9ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. f9ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f9ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. f9ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 Suspicious Activity. You must notify f9ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach. f9ph reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation of suspected unauthorized access or fraudulent activity.
f9ph is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by f9ph for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. f9ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱).
4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. f9ph does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals of any kind. Credit card gambling deposits are not supported, in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting the use of credit cards for funding gambling accounts.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the f9ph platform at the time of the transaction request.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. f9ph aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within one (1) hour during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one (1) business day, subject to the receiving bank's processing times. f9ph reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your f9ph account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. f9ph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
4.6 Inactive Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the f9ph platform. f9ph will provide reasonable notice before applying any inactivity fee.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by f9ph are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. f9ph reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
5.3 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. f9ph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer and cancel any bonus credited to an account if f9ph reasonably believes the bonus is being abused or claimed in bad faith.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
5.5 f9ph's Discretion. f9ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. f9ph's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.
6.1 RNG Certification. All non-live casino games on f9ph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. f9ph does not manipulate game results.
6.2 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by real dealers in real time via HD video stream. Game outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
6.3 Game Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, f9ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, f9ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the f9ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 f9ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the f9ph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your f9ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 f9ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. f9ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond f9ph's reasonable control.
10.1 f9ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using f9ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 f9ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and f9ph cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the platform.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 f9ph reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. f9ph will cooperate fully with any investigation by PAGCOR or other competent Philippine authorities.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the f9ph platform shall first be submitted to f9ph's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 f9ph operates within the PAGCOR regulatory framework. Players who believe their dispute has not been resolved satisfactorily may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.
